About GrowAx
Who is GrowAx and where are you registered?
GrowAx is a software house and digital growth agency registered as GrowAx Enterprises in July 2026 in Lahore, Pakistan. We work from two Lahore offices: 95 J-1, Block J1, Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore 54600, and Office No. 1 near UBL Bank, Manzoor Colony, Harbanspura, Lahore Cantt.
How big is the team?
Small and senior by design. The people you speak to are the people who build your project — there is no account-manager layer between you and the work, and no junior hand-off after the pitch.
Does GrowAx build its own software products?
Yes. Alongside client projects we build and own our own SaaS products. The first is TruxCRM, an operating platform for auto transport brokers, sold on a subscription. Running our own product keeps us close to billing, security and long-term maintenance rather than one-off delivery.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes — across Pakistan, the UK, Europe and the US. Remote delivery runs on written scopes, scheduled calls and visible progress, so distance never turns into guesswork.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any detail is shared. We also work under client-side contracts and can accommodate reasonable IP, confidentiality and data-handling clauses.
Websites and e-commerce
What kind of websites does GrowAx build?
Business and service websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores, Shopify builds, web apps, booking flows and lead-generation sites. Each one is planned around your offer, your audience, your search demand, and the action you want visitors to take.
Can GrowAx redesign my current website?
Yes. We start with an audit of what is holding the current site back — structure, speed, mobile layout, content, conversion path — then rebuild around the problems that matter. The goal is not a nicer-looking site; it is a site that explains the business clearly and produces more qualified leads.
Do you write the website content too?
Yes. We write copy for home, service, e-commerce, landing, about and contact pages. It is written for real people first, with search intent and conversion clarity built into the structure.
How long does a website take?
A small marketing site is typically two to four weeks. A larger site or store with integrations is four to eight. A custom platform is eight to twenty. The biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side.
Will my website be ready for Google search?
Yes. Technical SEO, page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links, image alt text, page speed, mobile layout and schema markup are planned before launch, not bolted on after.
Do I own the code and the design?
Completely. Code, design files, domain, hosting and analytics accounts are in your name and handed over in full. Nothing is held back as leverage.
AI automation and chatbots
What business automation can GrowAx create?
Lead capture, contact forms, WhatsApp routing, email follow-up, CRM updates, task reminders, client onboarding, reporting, support questions, appointment requests and internal team workflows — practical automation that saves hours and stops leads going cold.
Can you build AI chatbots for my business?
Yes — for websites, WhatsApp, support flows, lead qualification and internal knowledge. The bot is trained on your real product and service information, and is built to hand over to a human the moment it is out of its depth.
Do I need a technical team to manage automation?
No. We design automations your team can operate without technical stress, and we document them. Where something does need a developer, that is what the support retainer is for.
Will an AI chatbot say something wrong to a customer?
That is the risk everyone should ask about. We constrain bots to your own content, give them explicit “I do not know, let me get a human” behaviour, and log every conversation so you can review and correct what they say.
Can you connect WhatsApp to our systems?
Yes. We work with the WhatsApp Business API for automated replies, order updates, booking confirmations and lead routing, connected to your CRM so conversations do not live on one person's phone.

Can GrowAx connect my website with a CRM?
Yes. We connect websites, forms, chat, email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Airtable, Supabase, Shopify and other tools into one CRM workflow so your team can track leads, assign follow-ups and see where every enquiry stands.
Should I buy an off-the-shelf CRM or build one?
Buy, if your process is standard — it is faster and cheaper. Build, when the workflow is the business and subscription tools force you to work around them. We wrote a full comparison to help you decide.
Can GrowAx build a subscription SaaS product for my industry?
Yes. TruxCRM is the proof: we took an industry workflow and turned it into a multi-company subscription platform with accounts, roles, permissions, billing, dashboards, integrations and operational reporting.
What happens to our existing data?
We migrate it. Spreadsheets, old CRM exports, WhatsApp records — we map the fields, clean the duplicates, import, and give you a reconciliation report before go-live.
SEO and growth
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can show in Search Console within weeks. Ranking movement on competitive commercial terms usually takes three to six months of consistent content, internal linking and authority building.
Do you only do SEO for sites you built?
No. We take on SEO for existing sites, starting with a technical audit of what is currently holding the site back — often indexing, speed and structure before content.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We commit to the work that moves rankings and report on the same numbers you can check yourself in Search Console and Analytics.
What is local SEO and do I need it?
It is the work that makes you show up in Google Maps and “near me” searches: Google Business Profile, consistent name-address-phone details, local landing pages and reviews. If customers come to you or you serve a defined area, yes.
Process, pricing and support
How do you price projects?
Fixed price per scoped project, quoted before anything starts. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer with 30 days' notice. Full ranges are on the plans page.
What do you need from me to start?
A clear picture of the problem, access to whatever exists today, one decision-maker who can approve things, and reasonable turnaround on feedback. That last one is the most common cause of delay.
What happens after launch?
A 30-day fix window is included with every build. After that you can take a maintenance retainer, a growth retainer, or simply call us when you need something.
Can you take over a project another agency abandoned?
Often yes. We start with an audit of what exists — code quality, hosting, access, and how much is salvageable — and give you an honest answer on whether to continue it or restart.
