Generic software fits nobody in particular
A clinic's no-show problem, an estate agent's listing-and-lead split, a brokerage's dispatch board and a school's admissions season are genuinely different problems. Building for them starts from different assumptions.
Every sector has a moment where value leaks. For a clinic it is the appointment nobody confirmed. For an agency it is the buyer who enquired at 10pm and got a reply at noon. For a brokerage it is the load that was dispatched but never invoiced. For a school it is the fee chased by hand across two hundred parents.
These pages exist because those moments — not the feature list — are what the system has to be designed around. When we say we build a CRM for clinics, what we mean is that we already know where the money leaks in a clinic.
Patterns, not products
We reuse structure between clients in the same sector, which makes the build faster and the price lower. What we do not do is hand you a fixed product and ask you to work around it.
Your fields, your roles, your rules — on a foundation that has already been tested in your industry.
Healthcare
Clinics, doctors, dentists and labs, where the appointment book is the business and a missed call is a lost patient.
Property
Agencies, agents and developers, where a lead's value is high enough that a slow reply is expensive.
- CRM for real estate agenciesListings, leads, viewings and follow-ups tracked without spreadsheets.
- Websites for real estateListing-heavy sites built to make browsing and enquiring easy.
- AI chatbot for real estateListing questions answered and buyer leads qualified instantly.
- CRM for construction & developersProjects, inventory, payment plans and buyer communication in one place.
Retail & e-commerce
Online and offline sellers, where repeat purchase and support volume decide whether the margin survives.
Hospitality
Restaurants and cafes, where the decision happens on a phone in under a minute.
Education
Schools and academies, where admissions season is three months of chaos and fee chasing never stops.
Logistics & transport
Brokers, fleets and freight, where one job touches a dozen systems and margin is lost in the seams.
Fitness, beauty & motors
Membership and appointment businesses, where retention is quietly worth more than acquisition.
Professional & B2B services
Firms and agencies that sell expertise, where the process around the work is what clients actually judge.
- Websites for law firmsPractice areas, credibility and an enquiry path that respects confidentiality.
- CRM for travel agenciesEnquiries, quotes, bookings, visas and departure reminders in one record.
- Automation for marketing agenciesOnboarding, reporting and approvals — the admin that eats agency margin.
Any business
The two solutions that apply almost everywhere, because almost everyone has customers who message and phone.
What building a solution looks like
We start from your day, not our feature list
A morning with the people who handle enquiries, bookings or dispatch tells us more than a requirements document ever does.
We bring the sector pattern
The structure we already know works for your industry, so you are not paying for us to learn it on your project.
We adapt it to your rules
Your stages, your roles, your terminology, your exceptions — because the exceptions are usually where the business actually is.
We connect it to what you already use
WhatsApp, your website, your accounting tool, your ad platforms. A system that does not connect becomes a second place to type things.
About industry solutions
What is the difference between a service and a solution?
A service is what we build — a website, a CRM, an automation. A solution is that service shaped around one industry's actual workflow, with the decisions already made for how that sector works.
My industry is not listed. Can you still help?
Almost certainly. These pages exist because those sectors ask us most often, not because they are the limit. The underlying work — mapping a workflow and building software around it — is industry-agnostic.
Do you reuse the same system for every client in a sector?
We reuse patterns, not products. A clinic CRM and another clinic CRM share a great deal of structure, which makes the build faster and cheaper — but the fields, roles and rules are yours.
Can you combine solutions?
That is the normal case. A clinic usually needs the website, the CRM and the WhatsApp automation working as one system rather than three purchases.
Tell us how your industry actually works.
The more specific you are about the messy parts, the more useful our first reply will be.
