Software for US brokerages

CRM & Software for Freight Brokers in the USA

We do not build freight software from a requirements document. We operate TruxCRM, a subscription platform used by auto transport brokerages, and we build from that.

A normal week

Margin lives in the gaps between systems

A load board, a spreadsheet, an email thread, a signed rate confirmation in a PDF, and an accounting package that has never heard of any of it.

Brokerage is a coordination business with thin margins, which means every manual step between quote and settlement is a place where money and time leak. The load posted twice. The carrier packet that expired without anyone noticing. The rate confirmation agreed verbally and remembered differently. The settlement reconciled by hand at month end.

Software for this industry exists, and much of it is either extremely expensive, extremely dated, or built for asset-based carriers rather than brokers.

What brokers keep telling us

  • The incumbent platform costs more than the value it delivers to a small brokerage.
  • Carrier onboarding and compliance documents are tracked in folders and memory.
  • Dispatch status lives in phone calls, so customer updates are always secondhand.
  • Settlements and margin per load are calculated after the fact rather than seen live.
  • Nothing connects cleanly to the accounting system, so month end is a reconstruction.

We are operators here

TruxCRM is our own product, sold per company to auto transport brokerages. We handle its billing, its support queue and its compliance questions.

That is a different starting point from an agency reading a spec for the first time.

The system

What broker software has to cover

The load is the record. Everything — customer, carrier, documents, money — attaches to it.

01

Quotes and orders

Quote out, order in, with terms intact. The rate that was agreed is the rate that appears on the confirmation and the invoice, without anyone retyping it.

02

Carrier management and packets

Carrier records with authority, insurance and W-9 documents, expiry tracking, and a flag before a carrier is dispatched on expired coverage.

03

Dispatch board

Every active load, its status, its driver and its dates, on one board that everyone in the office sees the same way at the same moment.

04

Customer visibility

Status updates and a portal or automated notifications, so customers stop calling for updates and your dispatchers stop relaying them.

05

Invoicing and settlements

Customer invoicing and carrier settlements generated from the load, with margin visible per load rather than discovered at month end.

06

Reporting

Margin per load, per lane, per agent and per customer — the numbers that decide which business is actually worth taking.

What changes

Two routes, depending on where you are

Subscribe to TruxCRM

If you are an auto transport or vehicle logistics brokerage, the product already exists. Your own scoped workspace, agent accounts, dispatch, invoicing and reporting, on a per-company subscription — live in days rather than months.

Build your own platform

If your brokerage runs a workflow TruxCRM does not cover — different freight types, different compliance requirements, or a model you want to own outright — we build it, using the same architecture and the same lessons.

Fits your stack

What it connects to

  • Load boards — where APIs allow, posting and retrieval without duplicate entry.
  • Carrier verification services — authority and insurance checked against the source rather than a stored PDF.
  • Accounting — invoices and settlements flowing through instead of being rekeyed.
  • Email and SMS — automated status updates to customers and carriers.
  • Documents — rate confirmations, bills of lading and delivery receipts attached to the load.
On working with a Pakistani team

The five-to-ten-hour offset means work continues overnight in US time: issues raised at the end of your day are frequently resolved by the start of the next. We keep written scopes, scheduled calls and a staging environment you can open whenever you like.

Questions

FAQs

Do you understand US brokerage compliance?

We operate a platform used by US auto transport brokerages, so we work with authority, insurance certificates, W-9s and carrier packets as a matter of routine. We are software people rather than compliance advisors, and we build to the requirements your operation works to.

Can you integrate with load boards?

Where the board exposes an API and your account permits it, yes. Where it does not, we reduce manual entry as far as the platform allows rather than pretending otherwise.

Is TruxCRM only for auto transport?

The product is built around vehicle logistics. Other freight types are usually a custom build sharing the same architecture, which is faster and cheaper than starting from nothing.

How does working across time zones actually go?

Written scopes, a staging environment you can check any time, scheduled calls in your morning, and progress overnight. The offset is genuinely an advantage once the communication discipline is in place.

What does a custom broker platform cost?

Meaningfully less than the US market rate for comparable work, and quoted fixed against a written scope. The honest number depends on how much of the workflow is in scope.
