What it costs

Plans & pricing

Real ranges, not “contact us for a quote”. Here is roughly what each kind of project costs in Pakistan, what moves the number, and how we bill.

Three shapes of build

Most work lands in one of three bands. The tier decides the depth of discovery, the number of custom screens, and how much integration work sits behind the interface.

Starter build
PKR 80k – 200kone-off project · 2–4 weeks

For a business that needs to exist properly online: clear offer, fast pages, and a form that actually reaches someone.

  • 4–8 page custom-designed site
  • Mobile-first build, no page-builder bloat
  • On-page SEO: titles, meta, headings, schema
  • Contact form wired to email or WhatsApp
  • Google Business Profile setup and basic local SEO
  • 30-day post-launch fix window
Scope a starter build
Systems build
PKR 700k+one-off project · 8–20 weeks

For a workflow that no off-the-shelf product covers: custom CRM, internal platform, or a SaaS product with its own subscribers.

  • Discovery: we map your real workflow first
  • Custom CRM, dashboard or multi-tenant SaaS
  • Roles, permissions and audit trails
  • Payments, invoicing and reporting where needed
  • Documented handover and admin training
  • Optional ongoing product retainer

Ranges are indicative for the Pakistani market in 2026 and are quoted in PKR. International clients are invoiced in GBP, EUR or USD at the equivalent scope. Every project gets a single fixed number before work starts.

Ongoing work

Monthly retainers

Building the thing is one job. Keeping it fast, ranking and connected is another. Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice — no annual lock-in.

RetainerTypical monthlyWhat it covers
Care & maintenancePKR 15k – 35kUpdates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, small content edits, and a monthly health report.
SEO & contentPKR 60k – 180kTechnical fixes, new search pages, on-page work, internal linking, Search Console monitoring, and monthly reporting on rankings and organic traffic.
Automation & CRM supportPKR 50k – 150kNew workflows, chatbot training and tuning, integration fixes, pipeline changes, and dashboard updates as your process changes.
Social & creativePKR 70k – 200kContent calendar, creative direction, campaign assets, post production and performance reporting.
TruxCRM subscriptionPer company, per monthOur own SaaS for auto transport and logistics brokers — scoped workspace, agent accounts and reporting. See TruxCRM.

Retainers can be combined; most clients on a growth build take care & maintenance plus one growth retainer.

What moves the number

Six things that change a quote

If you want a cheaper project, these are the levers — and the first three are usually where the money actually goes.

01

Number of unique screens

Not pages — screens. Ten pages using one template is cheap. Five screens that each behave differently is not.

02

Integrations

Payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, courier APIs, accounting tools. Each one is its own small project with its own edge cases.

03

Roles and permissions

“Agents see only their own leads, managers see the branch, the owner sees everything” adds real engineering behind a simple-sounding sentence.

04

Content

If you supply finished copy and images, the build gets cheaper. If we research, write and art-direct, that is a line item.

05

Data migration

Moving years of leads, orders or patient records out of spreadsheets and into a clean schema takes longer than people expect.

06

Deadline

A normal timeline costs the normal price. Compressing an eight-week build into four means more people on it at once.

How we bill

The commercial detail, up front

No retainers you cannot leave, no source code you do not own, no hosting account in our name.

  • Fixed price per scope. The quote does not move unless you change what you asked for, and changes are quoted before they are built.
  • 40 / 40 / 20. Forty percent to start, forty at the main build milestone, twenty before launch.
  • You own everything. Code, designs, domain, hosting, analytics and ad accounts are registered to you and handed over in full.
  • 30-day fix window. Anything that does not work as scoped after launch is fixed at no charge.
  • Month-to-month retainers. Thirty days' notice, no annual contracts, no exit fee.

Not sure which tier you need?

Most people are not, and the answer is usually cheaper than they feared. Send us two or three sentences about the problem and we will tell you which band it falls into before you commit to anything.

Money questions

Pricing FAQs

Do you charge fixed project prices or hourly rates?

Fixed price per scoped project. We write down what is included, quote it, and hold that number unless you change the scope. Ongoing work — retainers, maintenance, SEO — is billed monthly.

Why are your ranges so wide?

Because a five-page brochure site and a booking platform with payments are both “a website”. The range covers both ends; the quote you get is a single number for your actual scope.

What is the payment schedule?

Typically 40% to start, 40% at the main build milestone, 20% before launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. For international clients we invoice in GBP, EUR or USD.

Is hosting and domain included?

Hosting, domain and any third-party licences are billed at cost and stay in your name. We will not hold your domain or hosting account hostage — everything is registered to you from day one.

What happens after launch?

A 30-day fix window is included with every build: anything that does not work as scoped, we fix at no charge. After that you can take a maintenance retainer or call us as needed.

Can you work with a smaller budget than these ranges?

Sometimes — by cutting scope, not quality. We would rather build three pages properly than twelve badly. Tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly what fits inside it.
