Six questions worth answering
Copy these into an email, or just answer the ones you can. Every answer narrows the quote and shortens the turnaround.
What does your business actually sell, and to whom?
One or two sentences. “We run a dental clinic in Johar Town and most patients find us through Instagram and word of mouth” is a perfect answer.
What is going wrong today?
Leads going cold, no one finding you on search, a team buried in manual follow-ups, a site that looks a decade old, orders tracked across three spreadsheets — name the pain, not the solution.
What would “fixed” look like in six months?
The outcome you would actually celebrate: twenty qualified enquiries a month, appointments booked without a phone call, one place to see every job. This is the number we design toward.
What already exists?
A domain, a website, a Facebook page, a CRM you hate, a spreadsheet that runs everything. Send links or screenshots — we would rather work with what you have than assume.
Who uses the thing internally?
Two admin staff, six field agents, one owner who wants reports on a phone. This decides roles, permissions and how simple the interface has to be.
What is your budget and deadline?
Honestly. A real budget lets us design something that fits it. A vague one means we guess, and guesses waste everybody's time.
A written answer, not a pitch deck
Within one working day of sending your answers you will have something you can act on — even if you act on it with someone else.
A recommended approach
What we would build, in plain language, and why that instead of the obvious alternative.
A phased scope
What lands first, what can wait, and what you can safely cut if budget is tight.
A timeline
Weeks, milestones, and exactly what we need from you at each one.
A fixed price
One number for the scope as written, held unless you change the scope.
An honest fit call
If a PKR 40k template site solves your problem, we will tell you that instead of quoting PKR 400k.
No follow-up pressure
One reply, one nudge a week later, then silence unless you come back. We do not run a chase sequence.
Who this works best for
We are a strong fit when
- You have a working business and the website or system is the bottleneck, not the idea.
- One person can make decisions and give feedback inside a week.
- You want to own what gets built — code, data, accounts, all of it.
- You care more about the thing working in twelve months than about launching next Tuesday.
We are a poor fit when
- You need the cheapest possible price and nothing else matters.
- You want a rankings guarantee or a traffic promise in writing.
- The project needs six approvals and a committee for every colour change.
- You want someone to run your business decisions, not build the system that supports them.
Questions about starting
Is this a sales call?
No. It is a written exchange. We ask what you are trying to do, you answer, and we tell you what we would build and what it costs. If we are not the right fit we say so and point you somewhere better.
What if I do not know what I need?
That is the normal starting position. Describe the problem in plain language — “leads go cold”, “nobody finds us on Google”, “my team lives in WhatsApp” — and we will translate it into a scope.
How long until I get a quote?
A direction within one working day. A written scope and fixed price usually within three to five, depending on how much needs to be pinned down first.
Do you charge for the scoping?
No, for normal projects. For large platform builds that need serious discovery work — workflow mapping, stakeholder interviews, technical audits — we quote a paid discovery phase, and it is credited against the build if you go ahead.
Send your six answers.
Rough answers are fine. We will turn them into a scope you can actually price against.
