Software House for Islamabad & Rawalpindi
Islamabad's business mix is heavy on consultancy, education, healthcare and technology, and the work tends to be more about credibility and process than volume.

We are in Lahore, not here
We work from two offices in Lahore. There is no GrowAx office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, and we would rather say so than list a coworking address.
Lahore to Islamabad is under four hours by motorway and about an hour by air, in the same time zone, on the same working week. For the projects where sitting in a room genuinely helps, we come.
For everything else, remote delivery with written scopes and an open staging link is how most software is built now — including a great deal of the software the twin cities' own technology sector produces for clients abroad.
A credibility market more than a volume market
A consultancy in Blue Area, a training institute in F-7, a specialist clinic in G-11 and a development sector organisation in the diplomatic enclave share a requirement: they are judged on how professional they appear before anyone speaks to them.
That shifts the emphasis. For a Karachi distributor, the operational system is usually the priority. For an Islamabad consultancy, the website genuinely is the sales asset — it is what a prospective client, funder or partner reads before deciding whether to take a meeting.
What we are typically asked for
- Corporate and consultancy sites that establish credibility without overclaiming.
- Programme and course pages for training institutes and academies.
- Client and member portals, where organisations need to give people access to their own information.
- Reporting and documentation systems for the development and non-profit sector.
- Booking and records systems for specialist medical practices.
Islamabad and Rawalpindi are one market with two characters. Islamabad skews professional services and institutions; Rawalpindi skews trade, retail and healthcare. We build for both, and the brief changes accordingly.

What makes remote delivery work
A written scope before anything starts
What is included, what is not, what it costs and when it lands. Remote projects fail on assumed shared understanding, and a written scope is the cheapest insurance against it.
A staging link you can open any time
You do not wait for a demo. The current state of the build is a URL, available at 2am if that is when you want to look at it.
Fixed-cadence calls, plus WhatsApp
A scheduled call at an agreed rhythm for decisions, WhatsApp for the small things. Nothing important is decided in a channel with no record.
Written weekly progress notes
What was done, what is next, what we need from you. It takes ten minutes to write and removes most of the anxiety of not being in the room.
Your accounts, your access
Domain, hosting, repository and analytics in your name from day one. Distance is no reason for you to have less control.
FAQs
Do you work with development sector organisations?
Yes — typically data collection, reporting and documentation systems, and websites that have to satisfy both a communications team and a funder's requirements.
Can you handle procurement and formal tendering?
Yes. We respond to formal RFPs, provide company documentation, and work under client-side contracts with reasonable negotiation.
Do you come to Islamabad for meetings?
For kickoffs, workshops and major reviews on substantial projects, yes. For routine progress reviews a scheduled call is faster for everyone and keeps the cost out of your quote.
Is a Lahore team cheaper than an Islamabad one?
Frequently, though it varies by firm. What we commit to is a fixed price against a written scope rather than an hourly rate that grows.
