Most stores lose the sale after the customer decided to buy
Store owners obsess over traffic and homepage design. The money is almost always lost further down: on a product page that does not answer the one question stopping the purchase, or in a checkout that asks for an account before it asks for an address.
The unanswered question
Size, delivery time, return policy, whether it works with the thing they already own. One unanswered question is one abandoned cart, and the question is usually the same one every time.
Forced account creation
Guest checkout exists for a reason. Asking for a password before a sale is asking for a favour before you have earned one.
Silence after purchase
No confirmation detail, no dispatch update, no tracking. The customer's anxiety turns into a support ticket, and support tickets cost more than the automation that prevents them.
What actually gets built
Product pages built around objections
We list the five questions that stop a purchase for your category and design the page to answer them in order, above the fold where possible. Photography and copy follow that structure rather than the other way round.
Collections that match how people shop
Not your internal catalogue structure. Customers browse by occasion, size, price band or problem — so collections, filters and navigation follow their mental model.
A checkout with nothing extra in it
Guest checkout on, fields trimmed to the ones that genuinely affect delivery, local payment methods enabled, and total cost including shipping shown before the final step.
Post-purchase communication
Order confirmation, dispatch notice and tracking, over email and WhatsApp where appropriate. This is the cheapest support-ticket reduction available to any store.
Tracking that can be trusted
Proper event tracking through to purchase, so your ad reporting reflects reality. Broken attribution is why many stores cannot tell which campaign actually made money.
Speed as a feature
App audit, image discipline and theme code review. Every third-party app adds script weight, and on the mobile connections most of your customers use, weight is conversion.
Choices and why
| Area | Approach | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | Shopify, or WooCommerce where the catalogue demands it | Shopify wins on reliability and payment handling for most brands. We will say so when WooCommerce is genuinely the better fit. |
| Theme | Customised performant theme, not a heavy multi-purpose one | Multi-purpose themes ship code for features you will never use, and you pay for it on every page load. |
| Apps | As few as possible, audited for script weight | Five apps doing one thing each is usually slower and more fragile than one built integration. |
| Payments | Local gateways plus card, with cash on delivery where it fits | In Pakistan, removing a customer's preferred payment method removes the customer. |
| Content | Copy written per product template, not per product | A template with strong structure makes a catalogue of two hundred products maintainable by your own team. |

About this kind of build
Can you migrate an existing store to Shopify?
Yes — products, collections, customers, orders and URL redirects. Redirects matter more than people expect: a migration that drops old URLs drops the rankings attached to them.
Do you write the product copy?
We write the templates and a representative set of products, then hand you a documented pattern so your team can maintain the rest without the writing quality collapsing.
How do you handle cash on delivery?
As a first-class payment method, with order confirmation by WhatsApp to reduce the fake-order rate, and reporting that separates COD from prepaid so your real margin is visible.
Tell us what you're trying to build.
We'll reply with next steps, a rough timeline, and a straight answer on fit — no sales runaround.
