Delivered remotely from Lahore

Software House for Karachi Businesses

Karachi runs Pakistan's trade, its ports, its manufacturing and most of its e-commerce volume. We build the systems behind that, remotely from Lahore.

Straight answer

We are in Lahore, not here

GrowAx Enterprises is registered in Lahore with two offices there. We do not have a Karachi office, and we are not going to publish an address we do not occupy.

What we do have is a decade-typical Pakistani working reality: same time zone, same working week, a one-hour flight, and video calls that make the distance largely irrelevant for this kind of work.

For projects where an on-site workshop genuinely helps — usually operational builds where we need to watch a real working day — we travel to Karachi. For the rest, remote delivery is not a compromise, it is simply how software is built now.

Why say this at all?

Because a lot of agencies list an office in every major city, and clients discover the truth at the point they need someone in a room.

Knowing where your team actually is tells you something useful before you commit.

The market

Volume, complexity and thin margins

Karachi businesses tend to operate at a scale where manual process stops being an inconvenience and starts being the constraint on growth.

A distributor handling four hundred SKUs across two hundred retailers. An importer reconciling shipments, duties and customer ledgers. An online store shipping nationwide with three courier partners and a cash-on-delivery refusal rate that decides the month's profit. A logistics operator moving goods that half a dozen people need visibility of.

These are operational problems, not marketing ones. The website matters, but it is rarely the thing costing the most money.

Pattern 01

Ledger sprawl

Customer accounts, credit limits and outstanding balances tracked across spreadsheets that disagree with the accounting system.

Pattern 02

Courier chaos

Three courier partners, three portals, three tracking formats, and a customer service team copying numbers between them all day.

Pattern 03

COD economics

A refusal and return rate nobody measures precisely, quietly consuming the margin the sales team worked for.

How remote delivery works

What makes it work across cities

  1. A written scope before anything starts

What is included, what is not, what it costs and when it lands. Remote projects fail on assumed shared understanding, and a written scope is the cheapest insurance against it.

  2. A staging link you can open any time

You do not wait for a demo. The current state of the build is a URL, available at 2am if that is when you want to look at it.

  3. Fixed-cadence calls, plus WhatsApp

A scheduled call at an agreed rhythm for decisions, WhatsApp for the small things. Nothing important is decided in a channel with no record.

  4. Written weekly progress notes

What was done, what is next, what we need from you. It takes ten minutes to write and removes most of the anxiety of not being in the room.

  5. Your accounts, your access

Domain, hosting, repository and analytics in your name from day one. Distance is no reason for you to have less control.

Questions

FAQs

Will you travel to Karachi?

For workshops, kickoffs and major reviews on larger projects, yes. For routine work it is an unnecessary cost we would rather not put in your quote.

Is it cheaper than a Karachi agency?

Often, though the honest answer is that it depends entirely on who you compare against. What we can say is that our price is fixed, written down, and does not move unless the scope does.

How do we handle meetings?

Scheduled video calls at a fixed cadence, WhatsApp for quick things, and a staging link you can check any time without asking anyone.

Can you integrate with Pakistani courier APIs?

Yes — the major domestic couriers, for automated tracking and status updates. For Karachi e-commerce it is usually one of the highest-return integrations available.

Do you work with B2B distributors?

Frequently. Order taking, customer ledgers, credit limits and outstanding balances are a common build, and it is usually the fastest payback of anything we do for a distributor.
