GrowAx Enterprises is a Pakistani company registered in Lahore. We have no UK entity and no UK office, and we would rather you know that before the first invoice than after it.
We invoice in GBP. You pay by international transfer or the arrangement your accountant prefers. Contracts are written plainly; we are content to work under UK-drafted terms with reasonable negotiation.
On data: where a project touches personal data we build to UK GDPR expectations — lawful basis, data minimisation, retention, subject access and a written processing agreement. It is a normal part of the scope, not an obstacle.
The time difference, honestly
Pakistan is four or five hours ahead of the UK depending on the season. Our afternoon is your morning, which gives four to five hours of genuine overlap every working day.
The rest of the offset works in your favour: feedback sent at 5pm UK time is usually actioned before you open your laptop.
